This Fully Assembled PWM is used to control the operation of your Hydrogen Generator. You control the amount of
current and amps your generator uses to produce the most gas efficiently. A PWM is required for efficient hydrogen production at the
correct amperage to prevent overheating your cell and to keep your power draw to a minimum.  

WHY DO I NEED A PWM...HOW DOES IT WORK...  

A PWM WORKS THIS WAY...Think of a PWM as riding a bicycle. You peddle (exerting energy) and then coast (relaxing) using your momentum to carry you forward. As you slow down (due to wind resistance, friction, and road shape) you peddle to speed up and then coast again.  The 'Duty Cycle' is the ratio of peddling time to the total time (peddle + coast time).   A 100% Duty Cycle means you are peddling all the time, and a 50% duty cycle means you are peddling only half the time.

A PWM Used for Hydrogen Generation works in a very similar way.   Instead of supplying a varying voltage to a HHO Unit, it is supplied with a Fixed Voltage Value (such as 12V) which starts it producing immediately.  The Voltage is then Removed and the Hydrogen Generator 'coasts'.   By continuing this Voltage On/Off Cycle Thousands of Times a Minute with a Varying Duty Cycle, the Hydrogen Generator can be Controlled and it's Production and Temperature Maintained at a Optimum Level, while in effect operating at 6 VDC (the result of the on/off duty cycle).  The Added Benefit of this On/Off Duty Cycle is the Vibration of your Hydrogen Generator's Plates , this Slight Vibration Knocks the Hydrogen and Oxygen Bubbles off your Cell's Plates Quickly Allowing the Formation of New Bubbles, Creating more HHO.
