You need Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) for the electrolite solution.  I have used this and it has worked great!  I can only ship this threw UPS and so shipping will be more than normal.  You will get 4 ounces of KOH.   If you get KOH on your body rinse off throughly!  Please don't mess around with this stuff.  It can be very toxic if used in the wrong manner.  As I said before this stuff works great for hydrogen production.
